Fees & Insurance

Individual Sessions: $175/50 minutes

Couples & Family: $250/60 minutes

I do not take insurance. If you have out-of-network coverage, you can request a monthly super bill for reimbursement from your insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ will result in a cancellation fee of the full rate.

What are the first steps?

The first step is a brief consultation call. If we mutually decide to move forward and work together I will send over intake forms and begin the process of scheduling a weekly session. The first session will be focused on obtaining a personal history and discussing your goals from therapy.
